Presenting to Environmental Nature Center!

On February 18, I had the pleasure of presenting to over 80 campers & student volunteers at the Environmental Nature Center (ENC) in Newport Beach, California. The Little Naturalists campers were the first group I talked to and they were ages 3-5. I read them the book "Pesky Plastic" and they learned so much about what they can do to help our environment! The Nature Adventure campers were the second group I presented to and they were ages 5-12. All of the campers were so involved and eager to learn more! Thank you Mindy Schwartz, Education Director at ENC, for having me present to campers at ENC's President's Week Camp! Below are some photos of me presenting to the kids.

All the campers also got a little treat from the company Nature's Path EnviroKidz. Nature's Path EnviroKidz creates 100% organic, gluten free and delicious granola bars and cereals for kidz! I partnered with Nature's Path EnviroKidz in summer 2019 to produce a video to inspire kids that they can make a change to save our oceans. Click here to watch the video and here to read more about the partnership.

Recently, Nature's Path EnviroKidz launched a new cereal called Turtle Splash. The sales of the cereal is directly supporting sea turtles. Donations made through 1% for the planet will go directly to protecting sea turtles. The most exciting part is with every box, there is a secret code to adopt your own sea turtle! Nature's Path EnviroKidz was so kind and donated boxes of Turtle Splash cereal to every camper that I presented at ENC! All of the kids were super stoked and happy to be able to take home a full box of this delicious cereal and get a chance to adopt a sea turtle! Below are some photos of the happy campers with their new cereal!
