Service Fairs at Mater Dei High School 2021-2023

2022-2023

BIG thanks to Mater Dei Campus Ministry and Mrs. Talarico (Director of Christian Services) for giving me the opportunities to share my campaign with students at two Mater Dei Service Fairs in October 2022 and April 2023! I was happy to meet so many new faces and received over 100 new pledges to stop using plastic straws! Everyone went home with either a metal straw, a Klean Kanteen silicone metal straw or an individually wrapped Pasta Life Straws to start their journey to sip responsibly! 2021-2022

Thank you Mrs. Hopkins (Director of Christian Services at Mater Dei High School) for inviting me to share my campaign at the two Service Fairs (October 2021 & April 2022) at Mater Dei High School, Santa Ana, California, this school year. I’m grateful for the opportunity to share the problems of single-use plastics with other students and give them the chance to participate in environmentalism. Thank you to the 125 student-volunteers who stopped by at the booth to sign up for our programs!
